In the thick woods of New Jersey Diners we stumbled on the Eagle Diner in Cinnaminson. Located on Route 130 North you come on it rather quickly as the signage on the diner simply says “Diner” and it’s facing the road.
Seated our-self and was promptly waited on by a friendly waitress. Ordered Greek Omelet that came with a rather heaping side of potatoes and we were actually asked if we wanted onions in the potatoes! If you’ve read many of our previous diner visits, onions seem to be taboo in potatoes. Breakfast came out in under 10 minutes and also included our choice of bread. Omelet we chose egg-beaters, was loaded with tomato and plenty of feta throughout . Spinach and onion gently used. Good overall flavor. Omelet was a chopped and not folded this resulted in large amount of juice from the tomato to pool under. Potatoes had excellent crust, good flavor with the ONION.
Nice location that we found clean, friendly and priced right.
