Golden Palace Diner located in Vineland, New Jersey. Large diner/restaurant with plenty of table/booth and counter seating. Stopping for lunch, we had two breakfast orders and two lunch. Breakfast, Country Omelet was large loaded with meats was exactly what you’d expect from any Jersey diner. Other order for breakfast, simple scrambled eggs with cheese, also satisfactory. Both came with side of potatoes that were boring at best with no flavor.
Our lunch orders, Mushroom Swiss Burger and Opened faced Turkey Reuben. Burger had good flavoring and was cooked as ordered medium. Onions were chopped small and added little flavor and tasted very greasy. Bun was a from the bag type, struggling to hold up to the burger as it fell apart.
Opened faced Turkey Reuben bar far the star of the show. Well balanced, turkey was shredded, tender and moist. Cheese perfectly melted on top, a super sandwich. Both this and burger came with crisp fries that tasted great.
Service a bit slow for initial stop at table but after was very good. Pricing in the norm for most South Jersey Diners.
