The American classic with plenty of twist. Grilly Cheese in Glassboro offers many interpretations of the grilled cheese along with other offerings. We tried out two sandwiches the BLT and the Swiss Apple Swapple, both with a side of crab fries. The BLT, grilled in butter with plenty of bacon, fresh lettuce and tomato was balanced, bread was grilled a bit too long. Our second choice the Swiss Apple Swapple, whole grain bread, a ton of Swiss, nice hint of basil with an apple spread. Well balanced, a bit of sweet with the spread, great flavor of the basil, a superior invention! The side of crab fries, thin cut fries, good flavor. We would have liked if they were a bit crisper. The Grilly Cheese has a good-sized menu which we will definitely be back to try some more. Pricing with drinks a shade over $20. Service was friendly and quick, the next time I think we try the grilled PBJ. Eat in, take out or delivery.

Great food. I love everything; they have the best fried pickles, great ice teas, and awesome ingredients – they use awesome real sliced ham, not lunch meat!
