The Keg n Kitchen, modern pub/bar along Haddon avenue. Stopping by for lunch we took in some wings, and a Turkey Burger. Large beer list accompanies the food menu which will please the beer connoisseur. We started with the hot and honey wings (6). Breaded wings that came to the table crisp and cooked through. Sauce had a bit of a bite we would rank as mild. Honey, we were not getting any of that flavor standing out. Overall wings were tasty.
Turkey Burger> On the menu described as honey & honey, blue cheese, brioche. Roll did not stand up to the half way point so moved to a fork and knife. Honey/honey sauce was basically as the wing sauce and again getting little of the honey. Blue Cheese did not taste any if it was there. Turkey meat pink in the center another concern with the meat being under seasoned as well. Lettuce and Tomato rounded out the burger and did not add much. The turkey burger was a big miss.
Service was the bright spot. Waitress was very friendly and attended to us throughout. Pricing in-line with area pubs/bars. With all the choices in pub food along Haddon avenue I would not return.
