The King George II Inn, a landmark of Bristol, PA since 1681. Spectacular views of the Delaware from our table, the surroundings were perfect for lunch. Extensive menu as well as daily specials. Went with two of the day’s specials the waiter recited. Burger, with bacon, Swiss, avocado, lettuce, tomato and red onion. Burger cooked exactly as requested, slightly pink. Hand made, fresh ground beef, modestly spiced, great char flavor. The additions, perfectly balanced, overall a perfect burger. Came with fries that were crispy, and screamed hand-cut?

Our starter, a cup of White bean and Sausage Soup. Another well-balanced offering with exceptional flavor. The testament to a great meal would be an empty plate, and ours was!

Great atmosphere, friendly, prompt service. A top GFNJ pick for excellent cuisine and reasonable pricing.
