Located on the beach with inside, outside and beach seating restaurant offers a wide range of food. Stopping by for lunch and a few drinks we sat outside under an umbrella shaded table. Ordered the Caesar salad with added Crab Cake, the dry wings and Skewered Scallops.
Caesar Salad was fresh and a nice flavor and right amount of dressing. The side of the Crab Cake had a full crab flavor with little filler. Lightly breaded on the outside only addition it could have used was a side of tartar.
Skewered Scallops were large and seared perfectly. Served with a warm sauce of mango mojito salsa which stated on the menu it was “topped”, was on side in two forms. Diced mango and the Sauce. Okay with the way presented so I could limit the additions which otherwise would have taken away from the perfectly cooked scallops.
Wings> Plump and perfectly cooked, listed on the menu as dry meaning no spices at all on wings. They were good but some type of spices would have made them much better.
Service at the door was rather unfriendly, with the table service very good. They should understand that substituting tonic with club soda is not an alternative in making a gin and tonic. On the higher side of pricing, lunch with two g@t’s and two beers over $70 with tip.
