Traveling, we found ourselves hungry and with plenty of waiting time and discovered Legal Seafoods (located in the Philadelphia Int. Airport). We had a hunch by the crowd this was the place to be. After about 10 minute wait we were called and seated in a comfortable booth. Drinks ordered we scoured their contemporary menu, deciding on an appetizer, Crab Cake that was sided with a small salad and a Chopped Greek Salad topped with Chicken.
Jumbo lump crab cake was the description and Legal Seafoods delivered an illegal amount of large bites of crab. How it stayed together is the big question with no visible or tasted filler, loved the all crab, crab cake. Light mustard sauce perfectly enhanced!
Greek Salad, large salad that offered huge flavor and was well-balanced. Chicken (that we chose) on top, was grilled and nicely seasoned.
Closed out with their “Boston Cream Pie”. A decadent dessert that was beautifully presented.
Service was attentive, pricing what you would expect as a captive audience diner (inside an airport terminal). Next time you are traveling out of or through the Philadelphia International Airport, check out Legal Seafoods, you won’t be disappointed.
