The Liberty Diner, old school surroundings with its polished chrome, bar and booth seating, certainly a trip back in time. We stopped by on a busy Sunday morning and were seated in a few minutes. Ordered a Spinach and Feta Omelet and Florentine Eggs Benedict. Both came with a side of fried potatoes. The Omelet also coming with a choice of toast.

Spinach and Feta Omelet, large offering that was well made with perfect balance. The Florentine Eggs Benedict was perfection! Eggs perfectly cooked, Hollandaise made by a pro! The side of fried potatoes were serviceable, nothing notable to mention.

Good old school Jersey Diner, service was efficient, pricing moderate. Bill came in at $21.00, the $1.50 for small orange juice a bit high.
