GFNJ’s second visit to this Collingswood location on Haddon avenue. Made a reservation and glad we did as they were very crowded. Just as the first visit the service was attentive, knowledgeable, basically fantastic throughout our dinner. We did all of our ordering off the days “special offerings” recited and thoroughly explained.
Starters were a lobster roll, and cubanelle stuffed pepper. Pepper was stuffed with delectable crab meat, a sherry cream sauce under that was to die for. Lobster roll, nice large pieces of lobster meat nice crunch with additional ingredients and a bit of a bite with dressing.
Sword Fish, seared and topped with tomatoes and cilantro. Fish expertly cooked and coming with a few large scallops just made our day. Eggplant gnocchi, interesting flavors that we enjoyed very much, on the softer side. Cream sauce another home run.
Great service at this high end restaurant, along with superior food. Our first visit was a 5 and the second no different. Highly recommend a visit. This is a BYOB.
