Stopped by for a quick breakfast which was not so quick. Service was on the slow side as the diner seemed to be a local’s favorite and the waitress had plenty of conversation with the known patrons.
Eggs Benedict> A huge offering that came with a side of fried potatoes. Perfectly cooked eggs, Canadian Bacon and the sauce was a beautiful creation!
French Toast> My pick was with the cinnamon raisin bread. On the thick side the center was wet. Side of bacon cooked crispy just the way I like 🙂
Having your own coffee pot was nice as we waited some time for the food to be delivered. A dated decor and my utensils having food crust did take away from the visit, (swiped another set from table next to us). On the higher side of pricing for diners but the Eggs Benedict was super making the price a secondary thought. Overall rating declined for the dirty silverware and slow service.
