Clean, modern diner with a full menu we went at lunch time and were quickly seated. Ordered a Chicken Cesear Salad and Broiled Flounder that came with 2 vegetables, potato, soup and dessert.
Broiled Flounder> Nice sized filet that was moist and flavorful. The baked potato a basic Idaho, was nice and soft (considering it was lunch, this a score). Got the green beans that were cooked with bacon, changed what could have been a “blah” to very good. Took home the desert, as I did not have enough room to finish off what was an excellent meal.
Chicken Cesear Salad> Nothing fancy with this, lettuce, crispy chicken, crutons and dressing. Big offering, the lettuce crisp along with the crutons. The “crispy chicken” as it was referred to must have meant over cooked, the chicken was very dry.
Friendly service from a very nice waitress who provided us everything we needed, I would definitely recommend despite the flaw in the Chicken Cesear Salad.
