If you are looking for a great cup of coffee, fantastic treats and other eats, Revolution Coffee Roasters is the place. GFNJ stopped by and discovered more than coffee, they are also home to Constellation Collective, the sweet and eat provider.
Revolution Coffee Roasters, a small batch roaster (with capacity soon to expand) for two years, opened their retail location about a year ago. Recently, they teamed up with Constellation Collective to supply the sweets and eats (breakfast/lunch) for their retail customers, who are on-site.
We ordered ourselves a coffee Salawesi Toraja, (we ordered as a regular coffee) Mild and full-bodied we found it very smooth with no bitterness or after taste. In all, Revolution Coffee Roasters offer 8 varieties for the coffee connoisseur.
We teamed the coffee with a fantastic offering from Constellation Collective, a Pie (pastry) with goat cheese and caramelized onions. Slightly sweet dough, a perfect contrast to the goat cheese. The onions completing the balance. Very interesting offering for breakfast but I could eat anytime. Left with a homemade chocolate chip cookie that was soft, with huge chips and the hint of salt was spectacular!
Well educated from schooling, hard work and experience, Revolution Roasters and Constellation Collective is a match made in heaven! Thankfully they are in Collingswood for all of South Jersey to enjoy. They serve breakfast and lunch Tues-Sat with the menu always on the move so I’d suggest a follow on Facebook or Twitter to know what’s cooking. Ground coffee can be purchased on their website http://www.revolutioncoffeeroasters.com
