Recently opened Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant franchise in Magnolia. All the menu items you’d expect from Italian dinners to Gourmet Pizza’s.
Eat in or take-out, we would recommend taking out. Few tables and the one’s that were available were crowded with overflow of restaurant supplies making uninviting. We decided on taking out.
Mussel’s with Marinara, Scotto Cheese Steak and Roast Beef Hoagie. Hoagie was on a fresh roll with good amount of meat and fresh veggies. Good size for the money at only $4.50
Scotto Cheese Steak, onions, peppers and mushrooms. Same fresh roll well-balanced with extra’s. Meat was not greasy but did have a bit of gristle.
Mussel’s Marinara> Tons of mussel’s over 40. Flavor of sauce was rich with a nice hint of wine. We had ten mussels that did not open. Also some broken pieces of shell. The packaging for our meal was far too small making the presentation unappealing.
Walked in and ordered, meal took about 20 minutes. Some work needs to be done if they expect to last. Broken shell’s and unopened mussels are not the path to success.
