Recently opened barbecue restaurant on the White Horse Pike in Laurel Springs. Greeted by a friendly smile and seated immediately, we placed our order. 1/3 rack St. Louis Ribs, came with cornbread and choice of two sides. Ribs were fall off the bone, meaty, having a spectacular tangy sauce, that was not overused. Our choice of sides, southern green beans and macaroni and cheese. Mac and Cheese was creamy, excellent ratio of cheese, perfectly cooked. Southern green beans were serviceable, nothing to attract us back too them again. Corn bread, was superb, moist with a welcoming sweetness having us wish for more.
Our partner in dining ordered a hot dog and a side of potato salad. Hot dog had a nice crust and was flavorful. Potato salad a nice interpretation with above average flavor. They also gave us a sample of their baked beans. Very nice balance of flavors, the beans were firm. We loved them and will get them the next time we are there.
Pricing around$23.00 with drinks, a good value for a quality product. The service was very friendly and they checked up on you a few times throughout the meal. Definitely recommend, we will be back.
