Sunday Brunch at Sebastian’s Schnitzelhaus, your next family memory? We visited this past Sunday with 7 other family members just for a get together. Reservations were made (and we suggest), table ready as promised. Comfortable surroundings, German themed as you would expect. Buffet Brunch, $19.95 per person plus tax. includes juices and coffee. BYOB too. Surveyed the buffet and made a mental note to try everything.
The Buffet includes:
Pfannenkuchen (German Pancakes)
Crisp Bacon and Sausage
Creamed Chip Beef on Toast
German Potato Salad
Bratwurst & Sauerkraut
Oven Roasted Pork with Brown Gravy
Roulade – Beef Roll (thinly sliced)
Stuffed Chicken Breast with Cream Gravy
Spaetzle and Potato Dumplings
Assorted Chilled Juices
Fresh Seasonal Fruits
Bread & Cereal
Butter, Jams, Jellies and Syrup
Bread Pudding, Rice Pudding, German Chocolate Cake, just a few of the many desserts!
We loaded up on everything as the buffet list above doesn’t include the variety of salads, cheeses and deviled eggs also available. Brats and Kraut were my personal favorite. Grilled to perfection, the Brats were quartered and mixed throughout the mild kraut. We made room for seconds! German pancakes were another favorite as was the Spaetzle. We could go on and on about a buffet where we enjoyed everything. The waitresses made rounds to grab used plates and make sure your coffee mug was full. Terrific German food, the overall consensus of our group. We definitely will be back again as we plan to start our own traditional visit.
