Located in a small strip mall is Thai Chili 88. Large menu of Asian food with some studying we made our choices. Kung Pao Chicken, Taste of Siam and some Vietnamese Egg Rolls. Let’s start out by stating, Thai Chili 88 did a very good job on the presentation throughout the entire dinner.

Egg Rolls> Tree mushrooms were the secret to this egg roll success. Well blended throughout the egg roll they did not take over. Wrapping, we were expecting one that was very thin. Wrap was on the thicker side, which we really liked better. Kung Pao Chicken> Listed as 1 pepper, we thought of asking for two and glad we did not. Chicken was tender and veggies had a snap too them. Nicely delivered, a bit on the hot side for just one pepper.

Taste of Siam> Battered and fried fish, scallops and shrimp. Eggplant was on top battered and also fried. Thin eggplant that was very fresh and flavorful. Coconut sauce with extra on the side added excellent flavor to what was an ordinary batter. Would rather have all the sauce on the side as toward the end the batter on the fish was soggy. All the seafood offered was good quality and fresh. The fish was our favorite, mild flavor and flaky. Overall an excellent offering that we definitely would get again.

For dessert we tried two off the menu a pistachio gelato and a creme brulee with mixed fruit. The desserts offered not made to order and around $6 a piece. Pistachio was very good, creme brulee, pass on.

Pricing very reasonable, surroundings pleasant, good service. Thai Chili 88, definitely worth a stop.
