GFNJ stopped by Think Greek on a recommendation, ordering ourselves some dinner. Started off with Dolmades, hand rolled with rice and fresh herbs. Included was a side of tzatziki which did little to enhance the Dolmades. Tzatziki was thick from refrigeration making dipping impossible. Dolmades were well made and flavorful making the sauce less of an issue.
We closed out with Gyro’s a traditional beef @ lamb and a chicken Gyro. These weren’t your ordinary Gyro’s, as they were gigantic with tons of perfectly marinated meat. Completed with some red onion, lightly used, and tomato. Both the chicken and beef/lamb, were tender and moist, expertly seasoned.
Think Greek, a small establishment with a simple decor, service was satisfactory, pricing modest. A good stop for authentic Greek, near Rowan University.
