Large variety of burgers, sandwiches and unique varieties of fries, Tiff’s has the menu for the burger aficionado. We tried the Bleu Cheese and Bacon Burger and the LA Chicken sandwich as well as their Italian fries and Sweet potato fries. The Bleu Cheese Bacon Burger had far too much bleu cheese overwhelming the burger and the bacon. Breaking down the burger, the meat did have good flavor on its own, the bacon was crisp, a lesson in balance is needed.
LA Chicken, chicken was cooked perfectly and great flavors of the guacamole, Swiss cheese, tomato, lettuce and loved the buttermilk ranch sauce. The issue, the roll was a basic hamburger style roll that did not hold up to the many ingredients, falling apart halfway through, leaving us unable to finish.
The Italian fries garlic aioli, unique and enjoyable. The Sweet Potato fries thin cut and crisp were excellent. The bill with two drinks came in at $28.oo, which considering the roll they were serving a bit high. Service was walk-up to counter and seat yourself, staff was friendly and efficient. Pub roll would have made all the difference, with a few changes Tiff’s would land themselves in the gourmet burger joint world.
