Great ambience a big draw to this restaurant/bar located near Princeton University. Good variety of burgers, speciality sandwiches and dinner meals we decided on starting off with an appetizer of bruschetta. Good size serving that was enough for two, it was on the bland side and the presentation plain. The main meals were the Crab Cake Sandwich, Chicken Chipolte Sandwich and Char-Grilled Salmon Sandwich open face.
Crab Cake Sandwich> Served on an uninspiring roll the crab-cake did not have significant crust making it mushy and reminiscent of a tuna salad sandwich it had too much filler and not enough spices.
Chicken Chipolte Sandwich> Chicken was moist with the sauce having a very nice flavor that complimented the chicken well.
Char-Grilled Salmon> Open face, the salmon was moist and married well with the honey mustard drizzle, spinach was fresh and not overcooked but a bit too much for the portion of fish. Overall it was very good and definitely would order again.
Quick friendly service, we were seated immediately and the overall wait for the meals was short. Nicely decorated and relatively quiet in the dining area, the pricing was average for Princeton.
