Seymour's BBQ Update and Dutch Funnel Cake

Spring has arrived and the sweet smell of BBQ is in the air at the Berlin Farmers Market. We were invited down to Seymour's BBQ to try out a new creation, his lamb smoked cheesesteak. Blended with beef, the lamb added another dimension to what was already a fantastic cheesesteak ( see previous visit: Seymour's Smoked BBQ (goodfoodnewjersey.com)

Peppers, onions and smoked cheese perfectly blended together with the meat. A great roll that held up to the weight of this gigantic offering. Seymour's has you covered with beef and chicken cheesesteaks, sausage, cheeseburgers. Great people and a great location at the Berlin Farmers Market with picnic tables directly behind. Our next second stop was a visit to Dutch Funnel Cake which is a repeat visit of ours. We were there for the "name" the funnel cake. Superior to those we have had at the Jersey shore, etc. With an endless choice of toppings everyone should be satisfied. We do it the old fashioned way, just with powdered sugar. Delicious :) While you are there you can also dine on lunch and breakfast options. We can directly speak to the fabulous grilled cheese.

The Berlin Mart has many options for cuisine. With Vitale's Clam Bar the seafood lover will be in heaven. A huge fan of the freshly shucked clams with some horseradish is what attracts me to the indoor location. Or outdoors for some crabs, clams to go. Mr. Hot Dog USA, a great location for a quick dog to carry around while you shop the outdoor vendors.
