Visited Central Taco & Tequila during lunch and was seated immediately. Large outdoor seating available (no cover. Inside they are respecting the 25% seating rule).
Attended to immediately by friendly wait staff.
Coconut Shrimp Taco's and Mexican Street Corn were my choices. MSC was a balanced combo of "sautéed corn, jalapeño & epazote, mayonessa, cotija cheese, chili seasoning, lime." Very hearty offering that could be shared. Flavorful blend that I would certainly get again.
Coconut Shrimp Taco's, my order 2 "House made crispy coconut shrimp, spiced pineapple confit, avocado crema."
The coconut shrimp basically stood alone as the crema offered no flavor and the confit did little to enhance. Coconut Shrimp as a stand alone plate would have been very good.
Nice location with a variety on the menu and very good service. I'd go back again, but with a different taco choice.
