Crisp Kitchen

Good Food New Jersey visited the recently opened Crisp Kitchen in Marlton. A lunch time visit, on the busier side at around noon arrival. Efficient ordering system of touch screen, and payment, with order being called out in about 10 minutes.

Set-up for silverware and soft drink machine, located too far away from the serving area, not convenient. Salads, Stir Fry and wings. We did a "create your own" salad and Wok Wings. Salad, crisp romaine, we added grape tomato, cucumber, charred corn, bacon, avocado, croutons and Caesar dressing on side. Gigantic salad that I couldn't finish. My extras for the most part were at the bottom of the bowl. No avocado's to be found. Salad was fresh, as well as the extra's I received. Salad needed better prep, very difficult to get anything but lettuce. Price of the make your own started at 6.89. With charged extra additions, cost increased by $5.72, $12.61 a big price for a salad that was frustrating to enjoy. Wok Wings, 10 in quantity, sweet mango sauce. Large wings with sauce coating, some in bottom. Had little in the sweet flavor or any noticeable spicing flavor outside of char. Meat dry, I would gather they previously cooked and reheated in wok. Salad, and wings with an organic Iced Tea, $26.92. Pleasant staff the highlight of the visit.
