In the heart of Collingswood serving up Italian is the Kitchen Consigliere. Comfortable location with service that is attentive. We were in a large party so we had reservations. I would certainly recommend them for smaller groups as well as the restaurant was busy on our arrival.
It was Sunday, so the choice was easy, Sunday Gravy. Pasta (rigatoni) with gravy, spare rib, meatball, sausage and braciolo. My favs in the meats are the sausage and braciolo. Sauce a house marinara, a bit on the bitter side.
My appetizer I split with one in my party was Arancini. Spectacular blend of peas, mozzarella, Italian sausage, Parmesan and rice. Super crisp and served with house marinara. Huge!! An easy share.
Pricing comparable to area establishments. Service good and food good. Large Italian menu that all will enjoy.
