Located inside the Golden Nugget Casino is the white cloth Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse. Reservations recommended, we were seated as promised. Spacious location with a warm feel.
Our starter was a board of cured meats and artisan cheese. Delicious and plenty to share, a well-balanced appetizer. Two and a bottle of wine you could certainly make a meal of it. Steak was naturally our mains with the American Wagyu Ribeye as one. (Snake River Farms Boise Idaho). Cooked exactly as requested. Lean and flavorful this is melt in your mouth perfection. Our second steak a 6 oz. filet, added béarnaise, Little to move the needle from excellent. Cooked as requested, the addition of béarnaise provided some extra richness, though it needed none.
Sides, for the mushroom lover we recommend the wild mushrooms. Our starch was the Duck Fat potatoes. Roughly cut potatoes that needed no additional spicing of salt or pepper, Possibly the best potato side I've ever had. Nicely crisp on the exterior, super creamy in the interior, great flavor.
Fabulous service, and excellent food. Vic & Anthony's a great night awaits.
