Modern diner theme, large menu that offers many items outside the normal Jersey Diner menu.
Our visit a lunch-time one had us seated immediately and promptly attended to.
Our choice the "Vincentown Original Chicken Sandwich".
Buttermilk fried chicken that was super crisp and juicy. In a brioche bun. Pickles, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion (red) and mayo. Nicely balanced additions, onion a bit much so I removed some.
Choice of seasonal veggies or hand cut fries, went with the fries. Fries were greasy and mushy, I'd avoid in the future.
Service attentive throughout.
Pricing what you'd expect with drink just under $15.
