Yianni's Cafe with three locations, two in Ocean City and the one we visited in Brigantine. Brigantine, a breakfast- lunch establishment we visited for breakfast. Indoor and Outdoor seating available.
My breakfast a "Classy California", Egg white omelet with bacon, cheddar cheese, and tomato. Topped off with avocado and Hollandaise. Sided with fresh fruit, and an uninspiring fried potatoes. Omelet overall was nicely balanced, Cheddar was an okay addition, other cheese options for the dish would be a nice option.
Second dish, Poached Eggs, bacon and potatoes. Eggs cooked nicely with plenty of run left in the yolk. Bacon cooked exactly as requested.
Service attentive throughout the visit with multiple returns for coffee fill-ups offered. Pricing a shade over $30, which should be expected in a shore resort.
