Oaklyn Manor Bar is celebrating their 5 year anniversary of their rebirth by reinvention, Bar food will remain, with spins on existing recipes and new ones! Chef Jason Dubin has joined "The Manor" bringing his valuable experience from, PJ Whelihan's, The Logan Hotel Philadelphia, Disney, and more. Educated at Walnut Hill College's The Restaurant School Chef Jason Dubin hit the ground running in May at The Manor, Sunday Brunch has returned so make sure you follow them on Facebook The Oaklyn Manor Bar to be in the know on the menu, Make sure you check out their new Manor Punch! We sampled some on our visit and loved it! Orange, Pineapple, House syrup and Peach Bourbon.

Oaklyn Manor Bar

One big notable add to The Manor will be their new Vegetarian Menu. We sampled Tempura battered Curry Cauliflower , and WOW! Plated on a bed of fresh greens, the cauliflower was beautifully presented. NO sauce sided, and I am personally thrilled that there was none, The flavor was out of bounds. Curry was present but perfectly added. I can easily imagine a Cauliflower Curry Burger on the horizon.

Locally sourced is another priority at The Manor. Working closely with J Ambrogi Foods in West Deptford to bring in super fresh and local products as used in their Corn Bisque. Cilantro and Paprika Oil rounded out this new addition to the menu, The flavor pairing of cilantro and paprika oil elevated an ordinary bisque to extraordinary. Carnitas Tacos, why yes, delicious and one of many available. Or a spectacular Short Rib Risotto, you can see the trend. The new menu roll-out will be complete by the end of the year.

So congratulations to the Oaklyn Manor and owners Lisa Del Duke and Gary Mullins 5 years and the hiring of Chef Jason Dubin. Meet them at The Manor!
