Old school, this is what the Salem Oak Diner is all about. Our first visit since the big oak has fallen and it certainly isn’t the same outside.
Inside, super friendly service that is attentive! Lunch order Chicken Quesadilla and an appetizer sampler.
Gigantic chicken tenders in the sampler that could have easily been a meal on their own! Onion rings and mozzarella sticks rounded out the starter which one of us made our lunch.
Chicken Quesadilla, green peppers and onions along with tender shredded chicken. Lightly spiced, the quesadilla was baked crisp and it was terrific! One of the best I ever had!
