On a shout out from Tabboulee on social media, "hey come check us out!" I headed over to Tabboulee - Gyro & Falafel Bistro for lunch the following day. Strip store location somewhat hidden by another strip of stores in front. Just past Tir Na Nog Kitchen & Irish Pub in the strip. Order at counter, self-serve soda machine, seat yourself and order brought out. On the shout-out I asked for what they recommended. "The Gabriel, The NYC and Tabboulee Salad" were recommended.

My choices, The Gabriel and a small side of the Tabboulee Salad.Meal arrived at table in a shade over 5 minutes. Beautiful presentation of both. Tabboulee Salad, a refreshing blend of cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, herbs and feta cheese. Dressing a lemon and olive oil provided a nice tart contrast. Superior salad with attention to detail with uniform cuts throughout. Freshness was top of the line, a fantastic salad.
The Gabriel- "GYROphoric Sandwich" section of the menu. Chicken Tikka, hummus, feta, tabboulee Chips, Tzatziki, tamarind chutney sauce, lettuce and tomato. Chicken was beautifully seasoned and light. Tamarind Chutney with the Tzatziki was a fantastic blend, marrying all the ingredients together perfectly. Pita was warmed and held up through the entire experience. The highly recommended Gabriel is a must have when you go. Service fast, and pleasant.
